Srinagar (KNO) : The Supreme Court has deferred the hearing of a petition challenging Article 370 of the Constitution granting special constitutional status to J&K within the Indian Union but hearing on Article.35 A slated for.August 27 continues to stand.
The petition on article 370, which was listed for Friday, will come up for hearing in September. A source said that hearing on 35 -A stands and the case is listed for August 27.
